He is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency and internship in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Farley is double board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Farley serves as Chairman for the St. Vincent’s Physician Alliance, Medical Director for St. Vincent’s One Nineteen, , Physician Champion for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and Clinical Lead for the Ascension-Birmingham Hospital System.
